Terms of purchase

Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.

We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Ordering

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us at info@mapart.se.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. You can create a return by pressing " Return Request " below and using our self-earning service. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may of course carefully examine our products. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

Complaint

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation.

If you wish to make a complaint regarding a manufacturing defect on an ordered item, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible after you discover the defect.

Claiming an item within two months is considered to be within a reasonable time frame to discover a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to refuse complaints. The right to complain only covers original faults (and not faults which are due, for example, to the product's normal shelf life having passed or which have arisen due to normal wear and tear).

You must be able to prove that the item was purchased from Mapart.se and, in such a case, please contact our customer service at info@mapart.se with a receipt/order confirmation and a picture of the error.

Shipping costs in case of complaints are always paid by Mapart.

Customs duties

Customers who order from countries other than Sweden may be liable to pay customs duties. Customs duty is not included in the price and is not reported before you confirm your purchase. Any customs duty is paid by the customer to the customs of the country to which we deliver.
