If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exchange it in one of the following ways:

Change

You can exchange the product for another one, or in the event that the exchange is due to a malfunction, it will be exchanged for a new product that will then be reshipped to you. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the entire shipping when exchanging, with the exception of malfunctions. You make an exchange by creating a return and ordering a new item according to your own wishes.

Return

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. You can create a return by pressing "Return Request" below and using our self-earning service. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.

When you have used your right of withdrawal

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may of course carefully examine our products. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

Refund

Our aim is to handle the return within 7 working days of its receipt at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of the return being processed.
